1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and luckgame ("luckgame", "we", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at luckgame.win. By accessing, registering on, depositing funds into, or otherwise using the luckgame platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all products and services available on luckgame, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, bingo, sabong, fish games, lottery-style draws, and all promotional offers. These Terms are supplemented by additional product-specific rules, bonus terms, and our Privacy Policy, all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and luckgame.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Minimum Age: luckgame is strictly a 21+ platform. In accordance with PAGCOR regulations and Republic Act No. 9287 (the Philippine gambling law), no person under the age of twenty-one (21) years may register, access, deposit, or engage in any form of real-money gaming on luckgame. This age restriction is non-negotiable and enforced through mandatory identity verification (KYC).

Jurisdiction: The luckgame platform is operated under a PAGCOR license and is intended primarily for players physically located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in your specific jurisdiction before registering. luckgame accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited.

Excluded Persons: The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on luckgame:

• Individuals under the age of 21 years
• Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of luckgame, its subsidiaries, affiliates, game providers, or payment processors, and their immediate family members
• Individuals who have successfully self-excluded from the luckgame platform or who are subject to a mandatory exclusion order
• Any person who has been identified as a problem gambler by PAGCOR or any competent authority
• Persons acting as agents, nominees, or representatives of third parties for the purpose of gambling

luckgame reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily demonstrated.

3. Account Registration

Single Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on luckgame at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds and bonuses.

Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and throughout your use of the platform. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and OTP codes. luckgame will never ask you to provide your password through any channel other than the official login page. You agree to notify luckgame immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. luckgame accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of a player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.

KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, luckgame requires all players to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., PhilSys National ID, UMID, passport, driver's licence). Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Methods: luckgame accepts deposits and withdrawals through the following channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Accepted methods are subject to change without prior notice.

Minimum Transactions: The minimum deposit is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. These thresholds may be adjusted from time to time at luckgame's discretion.

Withdrawal Processing: luckgame targets a processing time of one (1) to two (2) hours for GCash and Maya withdrawals for KYC-verified accounts. Bank transfers are processed within one (1) business day. These timelines are targets and not guarantees. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, technical maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

Player Funds: luckgame holds player funds in accounts segregated from operational capital. Deposited funds are used solely for gaming purposes and are not subject to claims from luckgame's creditors. This segregation provides a degree of protection for player funds but does not constitute a guarantee of repayment in all circumstances.

Currency: All transactions on the luckgame platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion, where applicable, is handled at the prevailing rate determined by luckgame at the time of transaction.

AML Compliance: luckgame is obligated to comply with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws of the Philippines, including Republic Act No. 9160 as amended. luckgame reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation, delay or refuse transactions, or report activity to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where required by law. The same payment method used for deposit must, where practicable, be used for the corresponding withdrawal.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives offered by luckgame ("Bonuses") are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the Bonus is offered. General bonus terms applicable to all luckgame promotions include the following:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified per promotion. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 25x the bonus amount.
• Expiry: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the applicable validity period, typically seven (7) to thirty (30) days from credit date. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots. Specific contribution percentages are published per promotion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one Bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Abuse: luckgame reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel Bonuses and associated winnings where abuse, exploitation, or fraudulent use of promotional offers is identified. This includes coordinated betting, use of arbitrage strategies, or any other conduct designed to circumvent the intent of the promotion.
• Modification: luckgame reserves the right to alter, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on luckgame use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure compliance with internationally recognised fairness standards. Game outcomes are determined by the relevant game engine and are final. luckgame accepts no responsibility for the outcome of any wager placed on the platform.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on the player's device and the result recorded on luckgame's server, the server-side record shall prevail in all cases. luckgame is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions on the player's end, including but not limited to network disconnections, browser crashes, or device failures.

Where a game is interrupted before its natural conclusion due to a server-side technical error, luckgame will take commercially reasonable steps to reinstate the game or credit the relevant wagered amount to the player's account. The resolution applied in such cases is at luckgame's discretion and is final.

7. Prohibited Activities

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities in connection with their use of luckgame:

• Creating or operating more than one account on the platform
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC
• Using the platform on behalf of a third party or allowing third parties to use your account
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live casino games or poker-style games
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform
• Engaging in money laundering, financing of terrorism, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with luckgame's software
• Any conduct that disrupts the experience of other players or the normal operation of the platform

Violation of any prohibition listed above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and bonuses, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the luckgame platform – including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, logos, graphics, text, game titles, and promotional materials – is the exclusive property of luckgame or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercialise any content from the luckgame platform without express written consent from luckgame.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, luckgame, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

luckgame's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

luckgame does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform.

10. Privacy & Data

luckgame collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published on the platform and forms part of these Terms. By registering on luckgame, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. luckgame is committed to compliance with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including Republic Act No. 10173 (the Data Privacy Act of 2012). 11. Responsible Gaming

luckgame is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps configurable from within account settings
• Session Time Limits: Configurable maximum session duration with automatic logout
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary account suspension of 24 hours to six (6) weeks upon player request
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term account closure available upon request; once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the nominated period

12. Suspension & Termination

luckgame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within a reasonable period
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct
• Reasonable belief that continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to luckgame
• Receipt of a valid instruction from PAGCOR, law enforcement, or another competent authority

Upon termination of an account, luckgame will return any verified, non-bonus real-money balance to the player via the original payment method after completing all required AML checks, unless prohibited by applicable law or regulatory instruction. Bonus funds are not returned upon termination for cause.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to luckgame's internal dispute resolution process. Players may submit formal complaints by contacting luckgame customer support. luckgame will acknowledge all formal complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and provide a final determination within thirty (30) days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through luckgame's internal process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's regulatory complaint mechanism. Both parties agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any unresolved dispute.

14. Amendments

luckgame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, unless the change is required by law or regulatory directive, in which case it may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the luckgame platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
