Player Funds: luckgame holds player funds in accounts segregated from operational capital. Deposited funds are used solely for gaming purposes and are not subject to claims from luckgame's creditors. Currency: All transactions on the luckgame platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion, where applicable, is handled at the prevailing rate determined by luckgame at the time of transaction.
AML Compliance: luckgame is obligated to comply with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws of the Philippines, including Republic Act No. 9160 as amended. luckgame reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation, delay or refuse transactions, or report activity to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where required by law. The same payment method used for deposit must, where practicable, be used for the corresponding withdrawal.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, luckgame, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.
luckgame's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
luckgame does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform.
luckgame collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published on the platform and forms part of these Terms. Upon termination of an account, luckgame will return any verified, non-bonus real-money balance to the player via the original payment method after completing all required AML checks, unless prohibited by applicable law or regulatory instruction. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, unless the change is required by law or regulatory directive, in which case it may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the luckgame platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
